We have small premises in a vibrant street in a classy suburb in Melbourne. Cafe WoW will be primarily a patisserie and then a cafe, so our main lines will be exquisite and tempting pastries, cakes and slices for eat-in and take away as well as online ordering/purchacing.
The cafe will serve healthy breakfasts, coffee and cakes all day and a small selection of delicious wraps and pies for lunch. Everything that we sell will be WOW.
The logo will be displayed on the front window, on the website and on exquisite and novel packaging - also on cups and plates.
The premises will be designed with a contemporary feel, light, bright, colourful and very attractive. Most trade will be take-away although there will be 14-16 seats inside and out.

We wish to avoid the French Cafe cliche - ours will be a virant, modern and very appealing space with top class product. Exclusive is a good word.

While there will be a standard daily fare, each day we will have at least one "WoW of the day" product and it will be branded as such - creating expectation and some mystique.
