Look at the image attached, this is the type of design that I like. I want something modern and I have always liked how they do a darker color logo or image in the back but have a brighter color for the name in the front. To me it stands out more.

I have also thought about having Anew in one color and Realty Group in another color so that it stands out a little more.

This is a realty color, so I want people to be able to look at the design and say "This is a realty company" but I want them to look at it and say "These guys look very professional" just by looking at the logo, and I want it modern and sleek.

I like cursive letters like the Claudia Beck logo. I want a logo that if you took away the name and just say the logo symbol then you know that its Anew Realty Group!

Okay, everyone who has submitted has done an excellent job. I do not want to receive any more drafts. My client will make her decision based on the first 200 logo drafts sent. For those of you that are the finalist contestants, I have sent you a feedback message. If you did not receive a feedback message from me then you can withdraw your drafts... Some people are forgetting to add the "The Nell Burt Company, LLC" to the bottom of the logo... You Must include this on the bottom of the logo as stated in the instructions!
